These Terms & Conditions govern access to cropvobalaji.in and purchases or enquiries made with CROPVOBALAJI AGRO PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Cropvo Balaji ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. About our business

We are a private limited company incorporated in West Bengal. The website presents non-food agricultural products, equipment, implements, irrigation accessories, storage supplies, post-harvest tools, and related farm-use goods for retail and wholesale enquiries.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering a contract to place an order. If you order for a business, organisation, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them and that the billing, tax, and delivery information you provide is accurate.

3. Product information

• We take reasonable care to present product names, descriptions, features, units, images, and prices clearly.
• Images are illustrative. Colour, packaging, dimensions, finish, or minor design details may vary by batch or supplier where the essential product specification is unchanged.
• You are responsible for reviewing the stated use, dimensions, power requirements, compatibility, quantity, and other specifications before ordering.
• If a specification is important to your intended use, contact us for written confirmation before payment.
• Website content is general product information and is not agronomic, engineering, safety, or professional advice.

4. Pricing, taxes, and availability

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or freight charges will be shown during the order process or communicated before order confirmation. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. A typographical, technical, or pricing error does not require us to fulfil an order at the incorrect value; if payment has already been received, we will offer the corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected amount.

5. Order process and acceptance

1. You select products or submit an enquiry with the requested quantity and delivery details.
2. We may verify product availability, pincode serviceability, pricing, tax details, and contact information.
3. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only; it is not acceptance of the order.
4. An order becomes binding when we expressly confirm it and accept the applicable payment, unless the confirmation states a different condition.

We may decline or limit an order where an item is unavailable, information cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, the order appears unlawful or fraudulent, or a website error has occurred.

6. Payment

The payment methods available for a particular order will be shown at checkout or communicated before confirmation. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or bank under its own terms. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use and complete any required verification. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or online-banking password with our staff.

7. Shipping and delivery

Processing, dispatch, charges, serviceability, delivery estimates, inspection, and failed- delivery rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Delivery Policy. Timelines are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, working telephone number, and any access instructions needed for large or heavy goods.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Eligibility and procedures are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before dispatch or if a shipment is damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Safe use and installation

• Read product instructions, labels, warnings, and safety information before use.
• Use suitable protective equipment and keep tools, moving parts, chemicals, and powered equipment away from children.
• Electrical, powered, pressure, cutting, lifting, or mechanically installed equipment should be handled by a competent person where the product or circumstances require it.
• Do not use a product outside its stated purpose, capacity, environmental limits, or compatibility requirements.

10. Product issues and legal guarantees

If you believe a product is defective or does not match the confirmed order, stop using it where continued use could cause damage or injury and contact us with the order reference and supporting information. Remedies will be assessed under the Refund & Return Policy and applicable law. Nothing on the website creates an additional guarantee beyond an express written commitment or a right that applies by law.

11. Website use

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• interfere with website security, availability, checkout, or another user;
• introduce malicious code, scrape at a disruptive scale, or attempt unauthorised access;
• submit false contact, delivery, tax, or payment information; or

12. Intellectual property

The Cropvo Balaji name, visual identity, website design, original copy, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to us. Product names, marks, images, or materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website for personal or internal business purchasing purposes, but may not republish or exploit it without permission.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss arising from unauthorised or unsuitable use, or delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not exclude liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Events beyond reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including extreme weather, flood, fire, epidemic, transport disruption, strike, civil disturbance, government action, network outage, supplier interruption, or carrier delay. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material impacts and resume performance when practicable.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any forum or remedy available to you under mandatory consumer law, courts with jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction over disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so both parties can attempt a practical resolution.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future website use or orders. The version accepted when an order is confirmed applies to that order. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
